Our Location

Where is Hampton HavenWe are located 15 minutes from the Confederation Bridge, and 30 minutes from Summerside, Charlottetown, and Cavendish. The historic village of Victoria-by-the-Sea is only a half-hour walk down the beach, or a 5-minute drive.

Driving directions:

From Ontario – The most direct route is 401 (from Toronto) or 417 (from Ottawa). Take Route 20 in Quebec, then south on Route 185 at Riviere-du-Loup. It becomes Hwy 2 in New Brunswick; follow this through Fredricton and Moncton to Aulac, then take Hwy 16 across the Confederation Bridge. Allow 16 hours driving from Toronto to Prince Edward Island.

From Quebec - The most direct route is Route 20 in Quebec, then south on Route 185 at Riviere-du-Loup. It becomes Hwy 2 in New Brunswick; follow this through Fredricton and Moncton to Aulac, then take Hwy 16 across the Confederation Bridge. Allow 11 hours driving from Montreal to Prince Edward Island.

From New England - Take Interstate 95 to Bangor, Maine, then Route 9 to New Brunswick. Follow Hwy 1 to Saint John and Moncton (after connecting with Hwy 2). Follow Hwy 2 to Aulac, then take Hwy 16 across the Confederation Bridge. Allow five hours from the U.S. border to Prince Edward Island.

From Confederation Bridge - Follow Hwy 1 (Trans Canada Highway) east towards Charlottetown. After approximately 25km, turn right at Villett Point Road in Hampton. Drive to the end of the road and turn left. You will come to the Hampton Haven Cottages office on the left.
